In a great location to experience all Osage Beach has to offer. Our 3 Bed 2 Bath condo recently updated with new vinyl plank flooring throughout main areas, and new plush carpet in the 3 bedrooms. Enjoy morning coffee or afternoon & evening drinks on the back deck with a lake view.

There are 2 parking passes for you to use, These must be hung on the rear-view mirror of vehicles after you arrive. These parking passes will allow you to park in the 1st or 2nd tier of the parking. Cars without the pass have to park in tier 3.
No oversized vehicles, pickup trucks, vans, RV'S during the time between Memorial Day weekend and Labor Day weekend. *** A $50 REPLACEMENT FEE FOR ANY PASSES NOT LEFT AT CONDO AFTER YOUR CHECKOUT***
There is no boat ramp or trailer parking at The Ledges Complex. Surdyke Marina 20 is very close by that has trailer parking. The Lake of the Ozarks State Park has a boat launch and parking. There is also parking at the Pa He Tsi Boat Launch, for a fee you can park short term or long term. You can contact these marinas for more information. No trailers, boats, watercraft, or RV's to be parked at the complex.
